ATD has full in-house manufacturing facilities to produce a wide range of components for vehicle inteiors and exteriors including flexible seat foams, complete seat assemblies and automotive interiors.
Component Manufacturing
With 12 CNC machining centres, ATD have the ability to manufacture a wide range of metal components.
Metal Finishing
We have in-house polishing facilities to produce 'A' class surfaces on metal components. A full range of finishes can be applied to these components including anodising, chroming and gold-plating.
Metal Additive Manufacturing
We have three EOS M 290 Metal 3d printers, with a build volume of 250 x 250 x 325mm

Polyurethane Foam Components
We produce seat foams for a variety of industry sectors including automotive and mass transportation, one of our specialisms being flame retardant products.

ATD manufacture a full range of automotive interior trim including door panels, console assemblies, load space trim and headliners which are produced in-house.
Flock Coating
We offer a range of flock applications, to improve aesthetics, sound deadening, protection and cleanliness across a range of industries.
