Foam Components can be hand crafted from drawings, CAD information, or guidance from a stylist. Alternatively we can supply CNC Milled foams or rapid tool parts to suit. Foams can be used for design reviews, pre-production. ATD Coventry can produce CAD models of your foam by laser scanning the part or by providing digitised sections. These components are verified using "egg crates" generated from the CAD. We are able to provide solutions for any interior requirement. A complete service is available from concept / styling review interiors and seats, through to development and release of production ready patterns. Our skilled engineers are available to work at your premises if required. Finished trim patterns can be digitised on our state of the art Lectra equipment and transmitted electronically.
