Developmental Foams can be milled from CAD data or hand modified in-house. We will provide advice on the best use of materials to achieve the highest standard of solution for your brief. Manufacturing feasibility of designs can be determined at an early stage or advice can be given as to suitable alternatives. Once engineering/style buy-off is achieved parts can be laser scanned to produce the CAD model.Material usage can also be determined at an early stage using our Lectra digitising equipment.
